2012 impala 100,000 mile tune up

my 2012 ltz just rolled 100k now it is time to change the trans fluid is there a drain plug i have read there in no serviceable filter and how much dex 6 does it take?

and also time for spark plugs how do the #3 and #5 come out in back can you turn the coils to get past the upper intake or does it have to come off?

update:had my local favorite mechanic shop do the transmission fluid and it was written up for 5qts of dex 6.it does have a drain plug and no filter. still wating on the plugs watched a video where a guy did get them changed without removing the upper intake and it didn't look too bad to do
