2012 cruze brake issue
Every once in a while when i am going very slow (rolling), as if straightening out in a parking spot, or parallel parking, my brakes don't seem to work like they normally do. I will tap lightly on the brakes like I normally do, and usually they are sensitive and will stop. Sometimes it feels like the car is not registering that I am braking and it continues to roll until i either push the brake down as far as it will go or release the brake and hit it again. I took it back to the dealer and they told me there is nothing wrong.

Re: 2012 cruze brake issue
Good morning wlhavener203,
Congratulations on your 2012 Cruze! We're sorry that you have concerns about your brakes, though. I see that you recently visited your dealership for this concern - were they able to duplicate the condition you've described? Sarah, GM Customer Service |

Re: 2012 cruze brake issue
Have the dealer look up PI0797. This bulliten was just released Aug. 28th and it looks like it addresses your concern.
It addresses a problem with the electronic vacuum pump system. This is only for the 1.4l engine RPO code LUJ |
