Mahle to buy Dana business in $157 million deal
FRANKFURT (Reuters) -- German automotive parts supplier Mahle has agreed to pay U.S. rival Dana Corp. $98 million in cash and assume $59 million in debt to acquire Dana's global engine parts operations, Mahle said today.
