Headlights on + radio = Static

Whenever I turn on my headlights, my radio reception gets a small amount of static. Its subtle, but its enough to be annoying. Is there anything that would help correct this? Its only when I turn on my lights. Parking or full.

Car: 93 Civic EX. No mods.

No.

Its not that big of a deal. When I put in new speakers and my nicer HU, I'll be sticking to CD's and MP3's off my PPC. I was just wondering if it was a common thing on civics.

Go to Auto Zone and buy an Antenae ground. Its a small black wire that your antennae plugs into and then it plugs into the back of your radio. It will stop the static and improve your reception....
