Ground this wire, wait for the locks to cycle, then push any button on the remote and hold until the locks cycle again, and you should be in business. you may have to reprogram your existing remote as well, as some cars erase all old codes when adding a remote. Ok, I have a 94 Pontiac Grand Prix SE
Above you leave the remote numbers from the back of your keyless remote. The numbers are the same as mine, which is probably a good thing. I just can't seem to figure out where to ground out that little wire on something in the back there. If you could tell me where you put yours. Did yours have a little black plastic thing on it like it was suppose to plug in somewhere. If so did u just cut that off or what. Please help thanks for your help. silly me I just paid 4.99 for instructions on ebay when you probably can help me on here ohh well we live and learn thanks again. |
