Dash tach, spedometer, gear indicator stopped working on 99 Voyager

I have a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. Recently the speedometer, gear selected indicator, odometer, temp gauge and fuel level indicator and tachometer stopped working. The fuel level is indicating about 1/2 a tank and the tach indicates about 1000 rpm all the time. Does anybody know what might cause this?

Thanks,
Paul

Cracked cluster solder joints, broken/corroded wires on bottom of PDC, melted HVAC control panel connector, blown fuses. Smack the dash above the cluster. Anything come alive? All the HVAC functions work? Turn signals work?

Everything else works just fine. A/C blows cold air and everything else works great.

The problem has been solved. I removed the instrument cluster using this youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GczhHgdUuI4 and checked the solder joints and reassembled it and now it works.
