Lamborghini Murciélago
I don’t know about you guys, but the new Lamborghini predecessor (the Murciélago), is a bit of a disappointment to me. I had an idea that topping the Diablo would be next to impossible, although the Diablo was a formidable successor to the Countach.
Oh well, maybe it will grow on me… although I doubt it. |

For the non-spanish speaking, Murcielago is spanish for Bat, as in the flying kind.

Murciélago Wallpaper
I'm not crazy about the new Lamborghini Murciélago, but decided to make a wallpaper featuring one anyway. Wallpaper anyone?

bat out of hell ...
Well,
the Murciélago did raise some eyebrowse out there ... it is true, the car look nothing like any other model Lamborghini ever built, there are some clues from the Miura, the Countach and even the Diablo, but it is safe to say it will take Lamborghini way into the 21st century. A Roadster version is already being designed and should be ready by 2004 together with the new L140 V10 powered model. Take a look at my site for a large selection of photo's and wallpapers in this new Lamborghini built and designed under direction from Audi AG. Kind regards

i'm pretty sure those side spoilers are for cooling reasons. here's a source.
"Now the most interesting exterior features to the Lamborghini is no longer the 33-year-old scissors doors (although Muracielago preserves them). It is the enlargeable air box located behind side windows. As seen in the photo, the air box normally recess smoothly in the body but in case the engine gets hot it will pop up to draw more air into the engine bay. Remember spy photos of the Zagato prototype ? Audi was not happy with its jet-engine-like air scoops thus replaced that with this design, satisfying the requirements of both functions and beauty."

I'll tell you if you'll let me in on it The first thing you need to do is check to see if anyone else has patented it yet. Go to the patent office's web site and they have a link to search for patented ideas. They may have already patented it, just not produced it yet, so you might never know if it has already been done. If not, follow the other links and you can register it. Good Luck

I like it a lot! I think cars often grow on me as I see more pictures. I remeber when I first saw the F50 man I hate it! But then when I saw more pictures and were lucky to see it in real life I really like it now!
For the new Lambo I think it is awsome and when some new versions comes out it will be even more awsome.... |
