Exclamation Méga Track !

This car is awesome : V12 6.0L, 300hp. It is a 4WD which can be a sport car (low suspension you can set) or an SUV.
... 300 000 € ! (US$ 350 000, £220 000)

Hey I recognized that! On the first picture, the building in the bakroud is the Mega factory, it's in Savoie in France, I drove past it last week-end. Don't these people build those silly looking 50cc cars? I didn't know they built decent stuff as well!

5O cc cars.... no but little cars as the Méhari in its time.
It's little pick up for the hollydays, many people buy that when they have a second house for the hollydays in south of France for example. Look at the image it's a Méga (on its Andros Trophé form).
But Aixam (Aixam Méga Group) produces little "cars" for people without drivers licence.

That's what I meant, Aixam, as you rightly said, Mega is the parent company. But Mehari? I thought they were made by Citroen! They are cool, you just have to avoid ending on your roof with them, other wise, salut mon gars!:silly2:

Aixam was founded in 1983 and mega in 93. Production of the Méhari was introduced in July 1968 by Citroen and production ended in 1978. I don't understand what conection you are trying to point out between Méga and the Méhari.

I mean that the Méga Ranch (Concept since 1998) is a kind of "new Méhari" : easy and not expensive.

Very interesting car- how high can you set the suspension?????? I mean I wouldn't take it off road- the wheels and tyres are just too small for that.

What sort of engine does it possess?

I saw a review of one of these on an Australian TV show a few years ago - I was so smitten with the car I wanted one straight away. I still do!

If I recall correctly (not something you can take for granted these days), the suspension could be set to give between 8" and 13" clearance.
That would be comparable with a Range Rover, or similar.

As to the wheels being small, I think they were actually 22" rims.

The car is a LOT bigger than photos would suggest.
