Engine running rich. need help

well, i put an injen short ram intake on my 06 tiburon gt. and it was awesome but after a while it started running rich and the CEL came on. i figured resetting the ECU would work and just fix it. well 2 weeks after i reset it. the light came back on. so i just reset it again. The car is starting to run a little rough again and i feel like its going to do the same thing. but i don't know why it would run rich with an intake on it? any help?
