Terrano and Pathfinder parts interchangeable?

Hi All,
I am trying to find parts for my 93? Nissan Terrano. I have read some places that say the parts are the same in the frontend for the pathfinder and terrano even if it is righthand or lefthand drive. This is a bit confusing because most parts places and numbers do not really agree with this.

My main problem. I believe I have a 93 Terrano. All ID plates are missing (not a problem in Tonga). I need to replace the Center link in the front end. Some say that there were 2 different links for that year and others don't. It is a really long way to ship parts and I want to get it right the first time.

Thanks for all the help.
