2002 Q45 air bag light on and adding a used remote

Hello

I just bought 2002 Infiniti Q45 (newer model) and got one remote key. And got a used remote from ebay and trying to find a way to 'how to program' another set of remote key. Anyone knows how to program it??

One more thing, when I bought this car from local used car dealer, the car came with air bag light on (I'm sure it wasn't cause by accident). They said when they try to remove the front wheel (due to lost wheel lock), they had to break the existing lock and it caused the air bag light off. And they told me I just can reset it from dealer. Do you think this is true?? I didn't go to the dealer yet. But I'm worried if the dealer charge $$$$.
Any suggestions????

Btw. You cannot set off an airbag light by removing the wheel. Impossible.Airbag malfunction lights{airbag control units} no matter what make, all reset themslves.When there is a malfunction, lights on.When no malfunction or malfunction goes away, light will reset itself.
