98 Tahoe MAF recommendations

98 Tahoe 5.7, I am looking at changing the Mass airflow sensor. Would like to know what every one might recommend. I have seen them priced from $120.00 and up. Not sure what the differences would be, besides price.

Thanks in advance for the input.

If it is not broke/bad do not change it?
If it is bad your GM dealer or local parts plces sell them.

What is it doing or not doing?
