Unhappy Sticking valves

I have a 2000 Tigra which has developed sticking valves. Is there any alternative fixes to lifting the head? Are there any petrol treatments that work for instance?

Yes, ik've got a tigra and i was told by a manufacturer of the car to use 'Forte Advanced Formula Gas Treatment'. It's only £6 a bottle but saves loads in the long run! Good luck!
