Source for old style racing lights

Can you help me with a source for after market racing lights like these in the reference photos below?

I am sure that I remember seeing them available as a turned metal pieces somehwere but I just can't find it now

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks guys! That's a full range of the best help you can ask for.

Why are Sakatsu parts always out of stock everywhere?!?!?!

They were used to illuminate the identification numbers on the car for lap scoring at night.
