Installing a clutch pedal assembly

I have a 98 for ranger 2.5l manual. It has a big problem that no one seems to know about. The aluminum housing that holds the pedals into place (underneath your dash kinda right where your firewall is suppose to be) is broke, the clutch pedal housing just completely broke off and the pedal is kind of hanging there, so i need to replace the entire aluminum housing that holds the pedals into place under there......once i find that part....because so far 15 junk yards have not had any manual reangers in stock.

Will I be able to install the part? Or will I have to take it to the dealer? Cause I dont think I can afford the dealer. I just need to know if it will be possible for me to do this myself or if its going to be too complicated. Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated!
