SiR on its way to ME :D
Hey I will be receiving my import sol at the end of the year its a SiR DOHC 1.6 and just wondering whats big in the sol scene, any ideas on what i should buy first guys and gals?
im not talking turbos either, not just yet anyway. |

First get the thing registered. If you still have it after all the hoops you have to jump through to get that done, then we will talk mods. I used to own a 92 SiR... sold it cause of all the bull the state of GA wanted to get a JDM car tagged.

well i live in the UK and is thankfully a little easier to get registered so it wont take long getting that done either (although find the reg. plate i want will do) but it will be registered more or less as soon as i get it.
also whats everyones opinions on the s2000 look bodykit? |

umm it's ugly and for some reason everyone in Euroland has it... but I think it's one of the ugliest kits I've ever seen. Completely destroys the lines of the car. See about getting a genuine mugen kit if you wanna change the look of the car

hey there..
Ive got a 96 Del Sol SIR ..im pretty happy with it as none of the normal 1.6 can pass.. even with modds  As soon as you get it get an exhaust system and headers ..and trust me you wont stop flooring it when you get those two .. plus dont forget a long cold intake!!! check the clutch as well .. ive noticed most of the sols got slipped clutch's.. your just gonna be happy with it.. no limiter no sh!t  Good luck..
