87 Honda Accord vs 88 Mazda Mx6 & 91-95 240sx vs 90-92 GSX

I just recently got into rallying with my friends and im getting super excited about trying it myself with my own car but i got a couple questions. I currently own the a Mx6 and an Accord but i dont know what one would be better for starting out in rallying. The only real differences that i can tell between the two are that the Mx6 is faster and stronger but it doesnt quite handle as well as the accord and its a little bigger. I was wondering if you guys could tell me what one i should rally and what one i should keep driving to work?

My second question is, what would make a better rally car between the 240sx and the GSX. Ive been reading a good bit and it seems a lot prefer the AWD GSX over the RWD 240sx but still a lot seem to like the RWD 240sx too. I dont realy know what the differences between RWD, AWD, and FWD would be or feel like, but i would probably go for what ever one is the most fun.

Btw, i will probably buy this car after i gain rally experience in the FWD car.

Any help would be very much apreciated.
Thanks

its very hard to rally a RWD car, it can be done, but its very hard. If you're learning, I would probably rally the car you care the least amount or like fixing the most because you'll probably break stuff.

I would definitely choose AWD over RWD for rallying. The handling is MUCH better, and if you decide you really like rallying and want to move up, AWD provides much more room for advancement, as RWD cars are usually not a good choice for anything beyond beginner-level rally (there are, of course, exceptions).

^^ Good plan. Accord repairs = cheap.

Try rally cross. Its the cheapest and easiest way to jump into rallying, and all you really need is to show up and drive.
