I dont quite get this?@
 ... So it is a 23" sleeve? yet tamiya 18's fit in it.?? Does it just make them have dish? or does it actually make them bigger? cuz those look awesome!!!  |

 Right I hope this helps. If your standard rims are less than 20.04mm outside diameter, they will not fit. A Tamiya Skyline wheel is 20.90mm o/d, therefore can be turned down to fit. Thanks |
