Dodge Intrepid Interchange

I am working on rebuilding a 2002 Dodge Intrepid R/T with a 3.5 liter v-6 engine that took a pretty solid hit on the front end. The radiator is pushed all the way back to the engine, front rails damaged, struts and suspension damage (wheel pushed back 4 inches). I have access to a 2001 Dodge Intrepid SE with 2.7 liter V-6engine. Will all of the mechanical and sheet metal parts interchange between these two cars including rails, suspension, radiator, etc. Any Dodge experts? Looking for your input.
Thanks.
Bob
