Re: Rear power hatch won't open HELP PLEASE
My rear hatch on my 04 won't open at all...last year I went to close it and it wouldn't close...My b/f slammed it shut and ever since it won't open. Now I have a brake light out and I can't change it because I can't open the back hatch...We have tried to manually open it and it won't open at all...Please help...

Re: Rear power hatch won't open
Bought my 04 Pacifica used and the power hatch is the only thing that's been flaky. Like the lottery, sometimes you get lucky and it works, but usually not. It has never responded to the console button. Yesterday I replaced the transmission. (at 175,000 miles, I'm not complaining.) I went to leave, and the "Hatch Open" warning came on and I didn't want to un-buckle etc so for s&g, I hit the console button. Hatch went all the way up. Jaw went all the way down. Hit the button again and the hatch closed properly. Now, I'm back to NoGo mode. Thoughts?

Re: Rear power hatch won't open
I am so happy I came across this website. The Pacifica is exactly what my family and i need but i have read so horrible reviews about them. I decided to purchase one anyways. I have subscribed to this group and I know.EVERYTHING will be alright. I am a DIY type of female, so this site is awesome as well as YouTube...
