Yeah, thank you Deadlock :

Your head gets jerked back and there's no doubt about it. What is more impressive is the breadth of the torque range, and the way that it pulls very sharply even in fifth (even in sixth, come to that).
By the way, thank you for the steer to that other website. I had a quick look at it this evening. I have never spoken to the F1 owner in the U.S. who is doing a lot of posting, but I am sure that he is a good guy. For what it's worth, his experiences with the car(s) seem to diverge from mine in many ways. I have to respect his opinions, as well as his willingness to share them with people. Where we diverge, I think that I am right, but that doesn't mean that he is wrong, just different.
You can say him that a topic was posted in 2003 on him and his car

Ciao

I was thinking Bernd Piechcantspellname because of his well-known crash in an F1.

i heard that bernd p. chrashed the mac somewhere near munich and "flemke" is talking about the autobahn part near frankfurt and i believe that bscher works/worked somewhere in this area.

he also mentioned that this driver had a lot of experience driving the F1...remember, bscher drove the f1 gtr from '95 to '98 and also has a dark blue F1 road car (iirc)...

^_^

Hello,

Thomas Bscher had a crash on the autobahn at 270 km/h. It was written in a topic which talked about crashs.

Well I for one, would much rather hear your stories relating to Camaro ownership - please share every last detail. The Camaro is a true automotive icon and one of the greatest cars ever made I'm sure.

So you don't want to know what it is like to own one? You shouldn't be in this forum if the answer to that is no.

...The day ended without event a few hours later. A week later, however, I got a letter from Thames Valley Police - 41 in a 30 on that Sunday. After checking the time and location, it proved to have occured when the officer was driving.
I phoned the fellow with the bad news. He took it like a man, commenting that it was "well worth it", and received his first-ever three points.
I believe that he requested the photo evidence....
Thats awesome
