97 deville coolant leak

Greeting all I have a 97 Cadillac deville with the north star. My problem is I have a bad coolant leak coming from the right side of the car. You can see that it's all wet on the right side but I pressure tested it and it holds pressure and nothing leaks. Where it is wet it looks like it came from the overflow drain tube and it looks like it's been blowing back. I've been going through a lot of anti freeze but it's like chasing a ghost you can see it's wet but under pressure it doesn't leak. It does not overheat. Can it be the water pump?

I am sure you know all kinds of head gasket issues with this car.

I do . There is no coolant mixed with the oil ( I know that doesn't mean anything) I've seen blown head gaskets without this being present. It's just kind of crazy that there is coolant present but under pressure there is no leak.

Water pump is on the left (drivers)side of the engine. I would look a buying or renting a hydrocarbon tester and checking for exhaust gasses in the cooling system.

Re: 97 deville coolant leak

I recently was given a '97 Deville and after much consternation have concluded that I need to redo the head gaskets. Does anybody have the repair kit for this?
I found it online through AirCooled.net, but I'm leary of posting a $500 deposit online. I'm in the Nashville area. The kit is Cadillac Northstar 4.0/4.6L V8 Head Bolts, 11 x 1.5mm, J-42385-500.
