Not sure what is interchangeable between N/A and turbo, but two things that are NOT are headers and a CAI.

yeah..i know parts interchangability between N/A and Turbo. its kind of common sense. I was asking about interchangability of exhaust between a 97 and 2000 civic. also what would add performance to a turbo and N/A car and not have to be thrown out when i go turbo

what i will probably end up doing, is doing all the necessary upgrades..then go turbo. i know brakes are a must..as well as suspension. can you get big brake kits with out going to a larger wheel or is going to a larger wheel to my benefit..i want it to look as stock as possible. the only body work i'm doing will be to paint my bullet molding, and color match the side skirts...again...i dont know what we would do around here without the likes of fritz

Most big brake conversion kits I know of require the use of larger rims. Usually about 17's. You can't exactly fit some 14 inch rotors on 14/15 inch tires.

14 inch rotors are some awefully big rotors for an import.....of course i havn't looked into big brake kits yet. i dont want to go much bigger than a 16 inch wheel. I dont want a huge increase in rotating mass. I can get 16's that are lighter than or weigh the same as stock wheels
