'91 Corvette Diablo hinge conversion

Has anyone tried the Lambo door conversion on a 1991 Corvette? We have one in my shop now, we are using the GT Factory Universal hinge kit. We think we have it licked, it's going to take some pretty serious modification to the kit itself however. If anyone has done one before, tips and suggestions would be most welcome.

We have the engineering figured out now so that it will be a nice clean install, we are going to have to move the battery and modify the heater blower box. We also decieded to change the wiring harnesses that run through the doors into a contact system, should be very cool, and I will definitely post some pics when we get it done, should be toward the end of next week.
