Re: Aprilia RS Cube '04 1/12 scratchbuild
Guys... now i can say that here is the "big" update (the most important)
Thank you all to give me the motivation that i needed Now you can start to see a bike.. yes the frame needs yet a bit of work but i'm happy with the final result. As you can see the seat cowl does not fit to the frame in the pictures because i have placed a rod between the seat cowl and the rear arm to take the photos. I hope that you like it Bye! Roca. |

Re: Aprilia RS Cube '04 1/12 scratchbuild
I love the way the arm and the body look! I think that similar techniques would look good on the Ducati 916 "or something like that" to make a tuner version!
Nice job keep it up, Mark |

Looks really great, just because we don't post doesn't mean we are not reading and learning from your work, 'cause we are, (well I am)

Re: Aprilia RS Cube '04 1/12 scratchbuild
Hey Roca,
Man, it is really starting to come together nicely. I always find this to be the most satifying part of scratchbuilding, when you can take a whole bunch of parts you have made, separately they don't seem to make much of anything, then you get to the point where you can start putting things together and can get a good idea of what all your efforts have been for. Sure, there is still more to be done, but a major hurdle has been jumped and its looking fantastic. I bet you have a pretty big smile right now Dave |

Re: Aprilia RS Cube '04 1/12 scratchbuild
!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow - my idea of scratchbiulding was to lump a few pieces of plastic card together!!! this is looking great, though you do realise your completly mad..don't you!!!
Seriously though this is looking great, some talent is being exercised here for sure.
