Plymouth Voyager

I am going to buy an 89' or so Voyager. It is going to end up like 40ozeric's Voyager, but I have some questions. I don't know if I should get the Grand Voyager for it's 6 cylinders, but it looks alot heavier than it's 4-banger turbo counterpart. Which one has a bigger (or better) line of mods? Can I turn a Grand Voyager into a turbo? How much would it cost? I want to go as fast as possible, yet maintain driveability. If anyone has advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
