99 RAM 2500 no start in COLD...customers waiting :(

I have the exact problem colorado69 has - no start in cold...warm up and fine. I have spark to at least 1 plug (only checked 1). Tried pouring some gas in throttle body. Cranks but no start. Plowing customers are waiting...

He wouldn't be pouring GAS down the THROTTLE BODY if it was a diesel, Mister Tech.

and he shouldn't be taking advise from a dork that thinks every problem is a plugged catalytic converter someone must have told you once that they had a plugged converter once and you now can repair everything with this repair if you have an issue with me lets settle once and for all

Thanks for the responses guys. Turned out to be the COIL. Old one was rusty and cruddy looking so just as a stab in the dark I replaced it and it started right up! Even though there was spark, it must have been weak.
