Question 200 ford contour v6 2.5

my contour has a rough idle when in gear sitting at a stop i have changed spark plugs wires fuel filter coil pack all i can think of i am reading codes for misfire in 1 & 4 cylinders but cant imagine that to be true when it runs like a champ at any other then a idle any suggestions

Have you added any fuel injecter cleaner?? Is the check engine light on or are they pending codes??
