The door is very easy to take apart, there are a few screws on the inside panel, thats it. Ignore the stock boost gauge, it always says 14 psi, it is not accurate at all. You should install an aftermarket gauge to get the correct boost readings. If you are stock then you are pushing around 9 psi I believe, 94 and up VR4s push 12 psi stock.

Yeah. What VeilsideVR4 said. Also, once you have an aftermarket gauge and controller you an safely go to 14psi (and a bit more if you'd like) without having to change your fuel system.

thanks for answering...i fixed the lock i just sprayed some WD-40 works like new...and i will be buying a new boost gauge soon so thanks. Now i know the stock gauge reads 14..but it actually goes up to 14, is it really that inaccurate?
