2000 Leganza transmission

Was looking up a transmission service kit but kragen, napa and the dealer all said this model doesn't have a filter or there's no kit to go with it. How is this possible? They said all it needed was a flush. How's the transmission oil get filtered?

Re: 2000 Leganza transmission

Managed to replace the trans. oil on a 4cyl 2000 Daewoo Leg and have looked up info online regarding the transmission not having a filter. Am now at the point where i know i need a transmission repair job or possibly a new transmission. Does anyone know what the dealer charges to repair a transmission for a 2000 Leganza 2L i think, 4 cylinder? or has anyone had work done on theirs? Thanks

You must have visited a weak and inexperienced man for the car work, try an authorize mechanic.
