I have found my purpose in life.

To make cars good enough for car shows. On an almost stock 1991 cadillac sedan deville, what would i need to turn heads at a parking lot car show, or even more? This is my list.

System, Rims, Bags, Paint Job, and maybe flows. So what do you think? Any suggestions would be great, i need somewhere to start, o yea and all the money from my job is going straight into the car.

to get peoples attention 1st will be paint and rims
then bags and system

if you want to win shows the car has to be clean.with a 1991 i'm sure the engine looks like crap and the interior is problem in bad shape also

so those will problem be the next thing on the list ..... how much to you want to invest in a 1991 caddy????
that will determin a head turning street car or a show winning car

i cleaned it up quite a bit, no more dirt on floor clean interior. Also the exterior was dirty, cleaned that.

But what i was gonna do is, there is turkey rod run in daytona in november, so i would like to ride in style until then. I wanna get what i pay for first like a system, cuz i can use that. I mean paint i cant really tell from the inside. just to make things comfortable. i dont know how much i wanna invest because when im through with this car there will be no selling of it so, i will spend the most on the stuff i can rip out later, (system, rims, etc)

Re: I have found my purpose in life.

how much would it be to bag it? Ive heard they are alot because you pop bags and drag hoses, and the compressor leaks. Is there way to have this not happen.

Re: I have found my purpose in life.

ya simple green ,cover all the electric up with plastic bags(fuse box altenator etc) and put the simple green on let it sit for a min those hose it off,you may have to repeat or scrub some dirt off depending on how bad it is. if your going to paint the car as the body shop to also pait some motor items like, the intake cover or the strut tower brace or the valve covers or you can paint them your self, also look into getting some wire loom,it's plastic pipe that comes in colors that covers wire and hoses http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/P...atalogId-10101 i use this kit and it looked great 1 kit should do most of the engime and if you have some left use it on amp wire etc...
