Angry Bad experience with MRM international

Did anyone try an order to MRM int.?
http://www.mrminternational.co.uk/

I had very bad experience. I send them many email and fax for ordering, but they never reply.(or fool me around... )

Wha't up? Do they really doing business?

Hmmm strange??? Ive never ordered anything from them via mail order but i have purchased stuff off them a few times at shows. I have also met Mike Rosser - the guy that runs it - as well as discussed a few things with him on phone. He has been very helpful and friendly with me in the past and i would say that your experience is a rarity. From what i gather MRM is a part-time thing to Mike as he has a day job, so this maybe why u are having a bad responce to emails etc - although thats not much of an excuse!

There is another MRM site - http://mrminternational.future.easyspace.com/ where u will find an alternative email address - try this. Both sites have not been updated for ages and i often wonder what he's playing at, but i know for sure he is still trading and replying to emails because i had a responce from him a few weeks ago.

Thanks, maybe that was just something in wrong time. I'll try to contact him later!

I've had the same experience. worse still my credit card was charged. After waiting im vain for two months for the shipment to arrive and no response to my several emails, I called my credit card issuer as a dispute and my money was credited back. I'll never deal with im again.

And finally I recieved my ordered stuff today. Thanks flyonthewall, probably that was just in the wrong timing.

P.S. If you talk with Mike again, please tell him his products are good! I'm making use of them.

Cool, the megane transkit was my first purchase off him some time ago, it looks great. Unfortunately i badly screwed up one of the larger decals with too much decal solution so it got abandoned. I had the fujimi espania version - dont suppose u know anyone with replacement decals for it?

Sometimes I found lossing parts when I freshly open a Fujimi kit. I write to them for uncountable times but there is no reply at all.

I had also written a complain letter to them but the result are just same. WTF!

Is the Espania version the yellow/silver one? I'll try to have a look for you.

Thats right, i did contact the UK distributer for a replacement but i was too late as it was out of production. They did send me the DIAC version decals but these are hardly any use to me when my two-tone espania version is half complete If u do ever come across this one i will be happy to trade the DIAC decals i was sent which are sealed and complete. However i won't hold my breath and will prepare myself to strip it!!!

I remember a local shop sell that car at low price. Do you want me to buy that for you and have a decal exchange with me? I want to build a blue one.
And then we have no money relationship at all.

That would be great! Let me know then we can trade. I also have the instructions for the DIAC version so u wont have trouble with decal placement.
