That car is in production as a kit car. It's produced in Europe by K1 styling and imported to the US by Euro Works.
The kit is about $16k. It includes the chassis. You just need an early to mid 90's Accord to donate the engine and other misc. parts. I've seen this car in person and it is even more stunning than in pictures. Oh yeah, I have never heard of anyone referring to it as a Lamborghini. The only similarities are the scissor doors and the mid engine setup. Though this one has a transverse engine and the Lambos are Longitudinal.
