b2000 Chain adjuster guide

i have to do a head gasket on my 81 b2000. the manual calls for a Chain Adjuster Guide or equivalenet claming tool.

My question is what sort of tool would be the equivalent of the factory Chain Adjuster Guide 49 3953 260? and how would i use it?

Re: b2000 Chain adjuster guide

i read that info first. The problem is where do i find the guide tool, par number 49 3953 260. The instructions say to use that too or its equivalent. what would be an equivalent clamping tool, and how would i use that equivalent clamping tool?
