Mercedes-AMG Super Sedan Rumored
Mercedes-AMG is reportedly planning its second standalone model.
The new sports sedan will be based off the next-generation CLS, but it will take its powertrain, performance and styling from the new AMG GT. That means that a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 will live under the hood. The engine is expected to be offered in two flavors, packing 500 hp in the base car and around 600 hp in the S model. It will feature adaptive air suspenion, an electronic locking differential, dynamic engine mounts and carbon ceramic brakes, most of which will be sourced from the E 63 AMG S. A new generation of CLS will debut in 2018, so the new Mercedes-AMG Panamera fighter is expected to debut sometime in 2019. http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2...autoguide_now#
