Question 1984 Chevy Allegro RV Project - Questions

Hey, I'm trying to see if there is any one at all that can help me from wasting a lot of time or making the situation worth while. I was given a 1984 Chevy Tiffin Allegro Motorhome. 454 Engine. Its 30 foot and fully livable ( bedroom with 2 beds, toilet with sink and cabinet, shower, front room, kitchen with oven -sink - and microwave set up). It has a propane set up, a battery set up for the car and a seprate duel battery set up for other things, and it has an electric set up where I can just plug the RV in and have power for my lights and appliances. The RV defiantly needs work. I'm gutting the entire thing and remodeling the interior. My question is what is the most efficient way to get this thing on the road? Who do I go to? It seems as if a regular mechanic may not be the only thing i need. Can anyone help lead me in the right direction so that I can get this thing back on track? Money isnt an issue so you dont have to discourage me with that. Time isn't an issue either.
