Will gearing for larger tires increase stress on the axle?

If I gear my Jeep for 35's, what parts will have increased stress due to the gearing? Thanks!

Your ring and pinion lose some strength due to the decreased size of the pinion and the increased torque that lower gearing allows will increase stress on the R&P, spider/side gears, axle shafts and axle u-joints.

I'm trying to decide exactly which axle to swap out first, but assuming I swap the rear D35 for a Rubicon D44, add an EZ Locker, and some 35s... What gear ratio would you recommend? Thanks!
