need urgent help on this old red 1990s mirage

ok i was riding my sister car today, and when i go to park it i put it in park. took the key out and as soon as i open the door it starts beeping but its not like beep...beep its a constant beeee....etc like somethings seriously wrong. the orange lights on the front of the char wont turn off either. and theres a little symbol of a glowing red cacr with the front two doors open left of the speedometer in one of the guage boxes. anyone know how to fix this!i really need to know how to fix this within an hour!!! PLEASE AND THANKYOU

Sounds like the beep is to let you know you removed the key with the lights still on and the red indicator in the dash is indicating that one or more doors are open. Turn off the parking lights (may be on the turn signal stalk) and close the door(s).
