Angry A/C Only works when it is below 98 Degrees

Heres my problem, (keep in mind I live in Dallas, Texas)
1. When driving my A/C only gets cold when the temp outside is below 110 if temp goes over 110 degrees it blows hot air.
2. When idleing if the temp is over 98 it blows hot air when I start driving it kicks back on and blows cold air.
3. At night or morning when the temp drops the A/C works just fine ideling and driving
What gives or any solutions???

Have you checked your clutch fan to see if it is working? On my E30 that was the problem.

May be the R134 in your system is low and needs to be toped off.

Ok I checked the Pressure and I have enough Freon, could this be a bad drier?
