Clunking noise

,I just got a 2011 impala 2 months ago ,I put less then 500 miles on it ,when I'm in car and take a sharp left I have loud clunking noise and almost feels like slight hesitation,I too kk home and in driveway turn it all the way left and went back and forth just a bit and a loud clunking noise ,thoughts or need more info let me know,thanks

It sounds like when a knuckle is out on 4 wheel drive when you turn it's a lot of clunking growling noise

Don't know for sure, but my 07 Grand Prix got the ISS clunk. We should all be used to this by now. It takes GM about 15 years before they fix an issue.

It was bad wheel bearing,should be fixed today under warranty,thanks guys

Bad wheel bearings don't usually make a clunking noise, the make a roaring/growling noise as speed builds up....but I suppose anything is possible...

Ok they replaced left wheel bearing,they didn't fix it,when I make a hard left turn or put a load on that side it's a he'll of a sound then it hesitates the car so bad you fly ahead in the seat ,all good on right turn ,crazy

Have someone sit in the car and turn the wheel back and forth, and you get down by the wheel and have a look/listen. But don't stick your head in the wheel well.

Ok,i raised it in the air everything seemed tight ,there was a cluck coming from right side ,the the driver side cv. joint with pry bar could not move or no play ,the right side had or passenger side had about a 1/4 to 3/8 inch play
