Gauge cluster malfunction

Today my 03 Caravan SE's gauges started going bonkers. The gas gauge bounced between empty and full several times in less than 10 seconds, the speedo between 0-130 as well, and the temp gauge between cold and hot . The only light that has come on is the low gas light. Earlier in the week code P0442 turned on the check engine light, but I had that reset and it has not come on since. The Minivan has no power options, no Tac, but it does have a functioning remote start which I only used once.

Only has happened while moving, but on my way home tonight I will find out more. Everything was normal on the way home so that makes things interesting.

How are your battery connections, make sure they are clean and tight....a place to start.

Re: Gauge cluster malfunction

The battery is good and this issue has not happened since. Perhaps Edward was being moody.
