i gotta 1993 Grand Am GT 4door 3.3L I want to be beefy
i was wondering if its true or not but i have heard slapping a set of 3800 Series 1 injectors into this car and the throttle body into it will gimmie an extra 20 HP anybody know if its true? was also told that putting this cam in it will beef it out even more and if i want to go all the way i can drop the heads on the 3300 and make anoter 30 hp
so basically after the throttle body, injectors, cam, and heads i can get an extra 70HP (or so was told) can anybody verify this before i go tearing my car apart? oh and is it true that cooler plugs will add about 2hp? and will roller rockers from a v8-350 chevy fit in here? |

70 hp is very optimistic. I'd say 25 at most.

Realy, it's hardly even worth building up a 3.3L.
You can do lots of things though, not sure exactly what would fit without modifications. I have a nice 3.3 I built back in the early 90's, its real nice, bored over , forged pistons, the works! At 12 psi of boost it turned over 400hp. But cost about $2k then I crashed it... :
