1ZZ-FE/2ZZ-FE non-interference engines?

Are the 1ZZ-FE and 2ZZ-FE engines, non-interference engines?

Toyota went from belt to chain in "98" but are the new engines still of the non-interference type?

If you know the answer, please state your source.
