help! need torque spec for bolts

I'm looking to replace the adjusting and idler pulleys. I cant seem to find this anywhere. does anyone know the specific torque for these or recommend one?

part # 7 (torx 50)
part #15 (either 10 or 13mm)

I tried to look on my program but couldn't find it, but use your best judgment trust me if we techs had to tighten every bolt by book it would be very time consuming. It is not like you are tightening head gasket bolts where you have to be very careful with torque specs.
