Ford freestar trac

I NEVER GOT A ANSWER TO WHY MY FORD FREESTAR TRAC LIGHT READS TRAC OFF, SOMETIMES WHEN I'M DRIVING. I SOMETIMES HAVE TO PULL OVER SHUT DOWN THE CAR THEN RESTART IT TO GET IT TO GO OFF. IT SOMETIMRS DOES NOT GO OFF MANUALLY. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A ANSWER.THANK YOU, MY EMAIL IS waynekozloski@yahoo.com

Hook a scan tool to your vehicle and get the codes read. Then you can narrow the problem area to which wheel is causing the issue.. You could try electronic contact cleaner sprayed on all of the wheel sensor wiring connector plugs. You could have corrosion on the contacts. Ice and snow can also build up and block the wheel sensor area causing a light to appear.
