headlight bulb replacement 2006
Anyone have any tricks for replacing the headlight bulbs on the 2006 G6?

Don't touch the glass part with your fingers or get anything on them when you put them in. Any oils on 'em,(even skin oils), will blow them out in short order.

Thanks DeltaP, I was aware of that .I was looking for any tricks in regards to removing the neadlight housing from the car. I know about the plastic clips . I did change both low beam bulbs . What a poor design to put it politely

I had to replace my G6 headlight and created a video. They are not the easiest bulb to change. Here is a link to the video.

Watch the video....good tip on taping the finish of the nose piece....sometimes scratch it removing the assembly....
