Hi there, how are ya. I recently lost my Nissan "Intelligent Smart Key" (keyless entry and start fob plus emergency physical key – one piece) for my 2006 Nissan Murano SL. If anyone could offer advice on the purchasing and programming of a replacement, it would be much, much appreciated. Here's a few important questions:
1. Any good websites where I can buy one? I need the full deal, not just the casing.
2. What’s a reasonable price (or price range) to pay for one?
3. Is it feasible for me to program it myself?
4. What are the checks and balances used to verify that I’m the car owner?
5. If I must use an automotive locksmith or car dealership to program it, what is a reasonable price (or price range) to pay for that service?
