The car has some flat black graphics provided as such on the decal sheet. Some were printed attached to the graphics that are supposed to be gloss, so I cut the flat black parts off and applied all the gloss decals and clear coated the body.

Flat black decals applied, I had to do some touch up, but Tamiya Flat Black is a pretty good match. Using the decals was way easier than masking and spraying the black
