Well, at first glance, this sounds ok.
But, with an N/A 2, there is alot more to in then just slapping on a turbine and going. You have to be able to get more fuel there which inclides: Injectors, Fuel Control device (Be it fuel computer, remapped ECU ect ect.) Perhaps a fuel rail, Fuel pump. You have to be able to control the Turbo, Waste gate, wastegate actuator. You have to be able to get air into and out of the turbo. Reworked Intake manifold ect ect. Not to mention the fact that your 5S-FE's compression ration would need to be changed, cams would need to be changed. Then a bunch of little stuff like turbo friendly sparkplugs, oh yea... Intercooler I think a better optoin would be to find a 2 with a blown moter and swap in a JDM 2nd or 3rd gen 3s-gte. This can cost you about $5,500 to 7k depending on which engine you choose. My $.02

Any how, unless you can find a Turbo for under 5k or so, I'd seriously look into find a blown one and going the swap. I'm planning on doing the same as soon as I get a down payment on a loan saved up. PM me if you'd like to know more.
