intermeccanica?

ok, recently i hit ebay motors and found this killer intermeccanica Torino spyder. NOw this is a company I have never heard of so i did a little digging but only a little cuz i couldnt find sh!t. so anyone whith knowledge of these artfull machines please tell me about them, suspension, engine, brakes, anything you can tell me. ONe car in particular is the Italia IMX, that thing looks like it has some teeth!!

no dice-
i checked both sources before I posted my question. The website was just a plug for a 356 repilcar and i sifted through all 8 of the results on Google.
SO THIS IS A CALL FOR HELP. SOMEON HAS TO OWN ONE OF THESE, IF YOU DO AND YOU ARE REGISTERED HERE, HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!!!
